Our senses, perceptual and conceptual spaces have evolved according to two primary biological imperatives: finding food and avoiding being eaten. These imperatives have yielded constraints to our ability to sense, perceive and conceive of the "true nature" of the world. I'll discuss these limitations and how they effect our advanced models of the world, models which have only /very /recently* extended beyond the scope of our primordial predator and prey interactions.
